How can I confirm an agreement discussed by phone or in person?
Include the relevant timing without converting estimates into guarantees. Identify the person or department only as accurately as you can.
How can I get useful help from the seller about a product or order?
State whether your question concerns product information or an existing purchase. Describe what you expected and what remains unclear.
What should I clarify if I need to communicate with a seller in another language?
If examples help, make clear that they illustrate your question rather than change the order. Ask a follow-up when the answer appears to address a different product detail.
